School staff shall identify and stop bullying behavior and refer perpetrators for appropriate discipline in accordance with the Student Discipline Policy.
Cyber-Bullying Policy
Under the new Student Code of Conduct passed by ISBE, cyber-bullying will be considered as serious an offense as burglary, aggravated assault, gang activity, drug use or more traditional forms of bullying. The details will automatically be referred to Chicago Police, who could accuse students of criminal charges.
