West Town Academy’s transitional services include, but are not limited to: 

· FAFSA completion guidance 

· College tours and fairs 

· Career fairs 

· Exploratory, hands-on, elective courses in Wood Products Manufacturing and Shipping & Receiving in Greater West Town’s state-of-the-art, high-tech Vocational Training Program, housed in the same facility as the Academy 

· Internship opportunities 

· 1-on-1 mentoring 

· Academic support including 1-on-1 tutoring 

· Socioemotional counseling
